Manager-ERP & Customer Management

Job Purpose

• This is key role to drive and support ERP system related activities within W&D in
• collaboration with Commercial, Finance and Quality.
• Manager – ERP & Customer management is responsible to develop, implement ERP related SOPs and ensure training is imparted to the CFA staff.
• This role needs to liase with commercial team for Customer master creation, documentation and verification
• This role needs to liase with Audit teams for providing data, executing O2C controls and SOX controls.
• This role needs coordination with internal stakholers (Finance and Commercial) and CFA’s

Key Results (Principal Accountabilities):

• Create/Update Customer Master along with verfications.
• Support and comply with Internal & External audit requirements and Support ERP SOP requirements.
• Support seamless customer credit control and order processing across all CFA’s
• Lead digitialization and automation in ERP operations and support new projects in ERP.
• Ensure SOP are In place and In use relate to ERP
• Participate in month end validation process between SC and Finance.
• Vendor Creation and modifications in Ariba
• Create PO/Limit PO in Ariba for vendor payments along with followup with Finance
• Creating ePIP for all Capex related spend
