Lead and manage business operations related to Broking & Depository Participant operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating with various teams.
Your Role
- Lead and manage overall functioning of business operations about Broking & Depository Participant (DP) operations
- Manage processes such as CKYC, CVL KRA, Demat Account Opening, UCC creation and assist with Demat account opening queries
- Manage depository operations processes such as creation of pledges, remat/demat/transmission etc.
- Coordinate closely with internal and external teams including KYC agencies, Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, and regulators for timely query resolution
- Maintain strict compliance with SEBI, NSE , BSE, NSDL regulations and assist in periodic audits
Qualifiers
- 7+ years experience in stock broking & DP operations
- NISM-Series-VI (Depository Operations) qualification
