Job Description:
As a Manager – Media Planning (Digital), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital media plans for clients. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns deliver against client objectives, KPIs, and budgets.Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive digital media plans across platforms (Display, Video, Social, Programmatic, Search, etc.).
- Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to understand client objectives and translate them into actionable media plans.
- Negotiate with publishers and platforms to secure optimal inventory and pricing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Prepare and present media plans, post-campaign reports, and insights to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform innovations.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in digital media planning within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic DSPs, OTT, etc.).
- Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
