The Revenue Operations Intelligence team partners with Marketing and Commercial organizations to deliver reliable reporting, trusted metrics, and consistent insights that keep the business informed and operating effectively. As a Manager, Data Analyst, you will lead core reporting and ongoing operational analytics (KTLO), ensuring high-quality, scalable insights that enable teams to monitor performance, track trends, and make confident operational decisions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead core reporting and ongoing operational analytics (KTLO) across Marketing, Commercial, and web performance
- Own delivery of accurate, timely, and scalable dashboards covering funnel, revenue, and website engagement metrics
- Define and maintain standardized metric definitions, data quality standards, and documentation, including web analytics KPIs
- Manage, coach, and prioritize work for a team of data analysts.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business and web performance questions into clear analytical requirements
- Balance recurring reporting, ad hoc requests, and roadmap initiatives through structured intake and prioritization
- Surface trends, risks, and opportunities across funnel and web data to inform operational and strategic decisions
- Enable self-service analytics through well-designed BI tools and clear guidance
- Collaborate with data engineering and MarTech teams to ensure reliable web tracking, data integrity, and scalable reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, tooling, and stakeholder experience
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years in analytics or BI, including team leadership or management experience
- Proven experience supporting Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations with funnel, revenue, and web analytics
- Strong SQL and BI tool expertise (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) and experience with web analytics (GA4, Adobe, Amplitude)
- Skilled at defining metrics, ensuring data quality, and maintaining documentation
- Experience translating business questions into actionable insights and partnering with stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage recurring reporting (KTLO), ad hoc requests, and roadmap initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM/Marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo) and data modeling concepts
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
