We are now looking for a Manager Conceptualiser & Communications - Events a visionary who can define, shape, and elevate event experiences from insight to execution. This mid role is ideal for a highly experienced conceptual thinker who brings strategic depth, storytelling mastery, and hands-on event expertise. Key Responsibilities
Concept Leadership & Strategy
•Lead the development of innovative, insight-driven event concepts aligned with client strategies, brand identities, and business objectives.
• Elevate the creative direction by introducing fresh perspectives, new formats, and trend-forward ideas.
• Provide strategic input during pitches, proposals, and presentations to strengthen creative effectiveness and commercial success.
Creative Direction & Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with design, production, operations, and content teams to bring concepts to life with precision and creative flair.
• Guide junior conceptualisers and creative teammates, ensuring consistent quality, clarity, and creative alignment across all deliverables.
• Oversee the conceptual development phase—ensuring ideas meet client expectations, brand benchmarks, and project timelines.
Storytelling, Communication & Presentations
• Craft high-impact, visually compelling, and narrative-strong decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent tools.
• Translate complex ideas into engaging stories that persuade, excite, and inspire clients.
• Represent the creative vision confidently in meetings, pitches, and discussions, acting as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
Research, Insights & Innovation
• Monitor global and local event trends, technologies, themes, and experiential innovations to infuse strategic foresight into concepts.
• Recommend cutting-edge experiential, technology, and design elements to enrich event journeys.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients by understanding challenges, interpreting feedback, and refining concepts for maximum impact.
• Maintain strong, transparent communication throughout the creative process, ensuring complete alignment and trust.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the event industry, with strong expertise in conceptualisation, creative strategy, event design, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading conceptual development for major events, brand experiences, or experiential campaigns.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and presentation excellence.
• Mastery in crafting visually compelling presentations and narratives (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional storytelling ability.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• In-depth understanding of event trends, technologies, design principles, and multi-industry event formats.
• A visionary mindset grounded in creativity, strategy, and practical event experience.
