Reporting of the role:
This role reports to Head – Ad Operations

  • Solid understanding and scope to work on various Ad operations tools and Ad Tech platforms and Work effectively in a diverse team environment.

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Be able to understand and work on CM360 and Double Verify platform
  • Work with the various stakeholders to deliver accurate on-time campaign trafficking and QA.
  • Contribute ideas regarding which Ad Operations processes can be improved.

 In six months

  • Developed a good grasp of how the various teams within the agency interact to produce best in class digital work.
  • Gained an understanding of global taxonomy and the scope of work across our major stakeholders.
  • Through knowledge and delegation, effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of the team.
  • Be able to adapt to fast-changing priorities from AdOps perspective.

In 12 Months

  • Fully own higher level troubleshooting tasks and provide recommended solutions.
  • Provide stakeholders with professional, relevant and timely information.
  • Actively leverage technology to deliver efficiency.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and continues learning of Ad Tech trends and new technologies and advocate best Ad operations practices.


 What your day job looks like

  • Work with account managers, planners and vendors to implement (campaign trafficking, tagging set up, naming convention) and oversee ad campaigns go-live process
  • Manage QA for ad trafficking, creation and reporting
  • Monitor active campaigns, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and vendors as needed
  • Capture and socialise best practices to optimize future campaign launches
  • Maintain a strong relationship with CM360 / FT / IAS / DoubleVerify / platform specialists.
  • Staying abreast on the latest Ad Server / Ad Tech / BAV trafficking / Tech solutions.
  • Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and provide suggestions for improved performance
  • Perform floodlight audit across client site and build tagging strategy as required
  • Provide pre and post implementation support to publishers
  • QA and troubleshoot 3rd party tags and creatives
  • Provide technical support to advertisers, account managers & planners
  • Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow. Recognize and push more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation
     

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 to 7 years experience in Adserving / Ad management / Ad technologies.
  • Understanding the tools like Ad Servers / Brand Safety partners / Omniture / GA / GTM and other Ad Verification tools
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong ability to multi task
  • Proven ability to create high quality deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with internet programming and debugging
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript
  • Experience in DoubleClick studio, Audience & Analytics eco system
  • Understanding the eco-system of various ad networks and exchanges / DSP / DSP
  • Familiarity with HTTP response codes and their meanings
  • Mandate Tech platform expertise : CM360 & IAS / Doubleverify
