Intro:

Some of the things you'll be doing:
1. Client Delivery & Technical Oversight

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and payroll deliverables for multiple multinational clients.
• Review bookkeeping, monthly financials, reconciliations, and MIS reports prepared by the team.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements.
• Preparation of financial statement as per Indian Accounting Standard and Companies Act.

2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client Finance/Tax teams globally.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and additional revenue growth within existing accounts.

3. Team Management

• Manage a team of 10+ professionals handling accounting, tax, and payroll tasks.
• Conduct regular review meetings, quality checks, and provide technical training.
• Ensure workload balancing, task allocation, performance monitoring, and skill development.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Client Onboarding).
• Support new client onboarding and transitions, ensuring smooth process setup.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP.
• Knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP will be an added advantage.
• Excellent understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, payroll compliance
• Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with accounting Software Tally

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Qualified CA with 5-7 years of experience.
• Exceptional candidates with an MBA in Finance and 8-10 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• Candidates from consulting firms or Big 4 organizations are highly desirable.
