Global Business Services (GBS) is part of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (CHC), a team of about 400 people dedicated to improving business operations and empower teams to deliver sustainable value, accelerate simplification, innovate, and harmonize solutions through trusted partnerships. It also helps regulate and ensure next-level partnership with its diverse set of stakeholders through digital driven experiences.

The GBS mission is to contribute to CHC simplification by developing and implementing a new operating model to execute some of the financial & accounting processes (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing- to-Cash, Source-to-Value, Master Data Management, among others). GBS aims to deliver efficiency by leveraging best in class methodologies and strategically contributing to CHC simplification, while driving mindset and cultural changes.

The Head of Finance Operations (HFO) India will report to the GBS Global Head of Accounts to Report

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Marco Reporting both sales and other movements
  • Solar P&L Reporting of Opella healthcare India Private Limited
  • Fixed Assets Accounting and applicability of IND AS 116
  • Interco settlement, monitoring & recovery of HUB operational cost.
  • Month end closing activities, provisions review and posting.
  • Monthly GL reconciliations, review
  • Preparation of financials
  • Support to the Auditor for the limited review or yearend reviews. Review of Annual Accounts/financials.  
  • Support on Audit committee data compilation/slides, Margin Analysis including Export margin, price volume, personnel cost.
  • Annual General Meeting/investor call Q&As, split of financial data to support the queries from shareholders.
  • Support on sharing data to Group Auditor, internal auditor during audit.
  • Efforts towards digitisation Initiatives.

  • Ability to work in team and get the works done from teams and from peer group.
  • Multitask approach and can deliver the result within timeline independently.

Qualifications

  • CA
  • At least 3 years of Industry experience with preference of FMCH or Big 5
