How you will make a difference:
- Process end to end Canadian payroll
- Process New Hire, Termination, and Leave of absent
- Generate various reports
- Year End reports
- Process various agency payments
- Learn quickly new changes within SG
- Good verbal and written communication
- Should be a team player
- Work under pressure
- Good knowledge of payroll and payroll application
What will give you an advantage:
- Must be payroll experienced – essential Only Canadian Payroll Specialists eligible
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Experience in managing multiple customers in a payroll/ HR or project management capacity (payroll skills are a distinct advantage)
- Tenacious, organized and customer focused approach
- Ability to develop a team of people i.e. share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers; coaching, development, ad hoc training
- Demonstrable customer service skills
