Job requirements
- 6 - 8 years in lifecycle, growth, retention, or CRM marketing, including hands-on ownership of campaigns that measurably improved activation, retention, or LTV.
- Strong command of the full user funnel and lifecycle metrics - activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn, and LTV - with a track record of moving them.
- Proven ability to plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, web) rather than focusing on a single channel.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with acquisition, retention, product, and product marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle, marketing-automation, or CRM platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap, or HubSpot, including segmentation and triggered journeys.
- A structured, experiment-led approach to growth, with real A/B testing experience and the ability to turn results into repeatable playbooks.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable turning campaign and cohort data into clear reporting, insights, and decisions.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management, with the ability to run multiple campaigns to deadline across teams and time zones.
- Experience marketing to engineers, DevOps, Cloud, AI, or technical upskilling audiences is a strong bonus.
Job responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap end to end - planning and running campaigns that grow the metrics that matter: activation, conversion, engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Design and run campaigns across the full journey - onboarding and activation, nurture and engagement, conversion, retention, win-back and reactivation, and upsell/cross-sell to grow LTV.
- Partner with the Acquisition, Retention, and Product Marketing teams to align on goals, audiences, and messaging, and to plan and execute campaigns as one coordinated growth motion.
- Orchestrate campaigns across channels - email, push, web push, in-app, and web - choosing the right channel mix for each objective rather than defaulting to any single channel.
- Own segmentation and cohort strategy - defining the audiences, triggers, and journeys that move users from signup to activation, to habit, and on to renewal and expansion.
- Build a culture of experimentation - designing and running A/B and multivariate tests across offers, messaging, timing, and channels, and turning results into repeatable playbooks.
- Own the lifecycle calendar and delivery - coordinating assets, copy, and approvals with cross-functional partners so campaigns ship on time across time zones.
- Measure and report on lifecycle performance - building clear dashboards, surfacing insights, and making data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Manage lifecycle platforms and automation (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, or similar) - overseeing segmentation, triggered journeys, and campaign operations.
- Activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, and LTV trend upward, driven by well-planned lifecycle campaigns.
- Lifecycle, acquisition, retention, and product marketing operate as one coordinated motion with shared goals.
- Campaigns across every channel ship on time and are grounded in clear segmentation and testing.
- Lapsed and at-risk users are re-engaged through effective win-back and reactivation programs.
- Decisions are backed by data, with insights from every campaign feeding stronger future ones.
Benefits
- 100% remote culture, work from anywhere, anytime.
- Be part of a mission-driven company helping millions upskill in DevOps, Cloud, and AI through hands-on learning.
- Opportunity to shape the voice of a fast-growing global brand.
- Collaborative, fast-paced, and creative work environment.
