What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a passionate Legal Helpdesk to join our legal department. The position is based in Pune, India, and will support our global legal teams.
How Will You Make an Impact?
- Assist in managing, prioritizing, supporting, and delegating a high volume of legal requests coming from sales, marketing, R&D, and other teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for the legal department, collaborating with internal teams, external counsel, and stakeholders in providing quick and actionable advice.
- Track and manage KPIs and reporting requirements to company management and the board
What Is Needed to Succeed?
- Minimum 5 years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably within an international company
- Technology proficiency—experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Virtual Data Room (VDR), DocuSign, and Copilot solutions.
- Familiarity with legal documents such as, NDAs, POC agreements, DPAs, etc.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and support a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
- Assertive and self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Fluent English
