Job Description
- Manage litigations of civil, labour, fiscal, environmental, criminal and consumer rights areas of Sika India
- Provide monthly reports about the progress and actions of disputes and litigation matters of Sika India
- Legal research on various topics
- Responsible for managing the overall statutory compliance of the Company, including corporate housekeeping matters, and initiating corrective measures in case of any violation (if any).
- Drafting various legal agreements and documentation.
Qualifications
LLB with 4 to 7 years of similar experience.
