Braze Solutions Consultants blend the “art” of storytelling and sales with the “science” behind how our technology tactically delivers value for our customers. During the sales process, we help "make it real," with the aim of building prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities & team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Braze is looking to hire a Lead Solutions Consultant for our GCC within our APAC based team. Braze Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to our prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. We strive to lay strong foundations, beginning pre-sales, for long-term partnership between Braze and our customers. The Lead Solutions Consultant role is a critical member of the team, who’s job includes  being a technical thought leader across industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets. 

This role is an opportunity to expand on your thought leadership skills, while partnering with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams. The role will draw upon your experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success, along with a high level of curiosity about all things tech. You will serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team.

The role requires some travel, at most 50% at peak times and is based in Dubai.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced in Solutions Consulting: More than 9 years of working experience, with 5+ years in solutions consulting, including at least 3 years in Enterprise-level accounts, you’ve worked with large organisations. You’re someone who is comfortable selling into both Mid Market and Enterprise accounts.
    Great Communicator: You’re skilled at conveying complex ideas clearly and actively listening to clients, ensuring they feel understood. You’re also known for your excellent follow-up skills.
    Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments, always contributing to team success and supporting colleagues.
    Curious & Growth-Oriented: You’re eager to learn and continuously expand your expertise, understanding the impact of your role on the business.
    Domain Knowledge: You have experience in SaaS, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, or similar. You understand the technical and business requirements of these domains and are capable of tailoring solutions to meet client needs. Experience with MarTech is a plus but not a requirement.
    Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: Whether you come from a sales or technical background, if you’re eager to return to a technical sales role, this could be a great fit.
    Language Skills: Arabic is not essential however would be an advantage.
