We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer with strong AWS and DevOps expertise to own cloud infrastructure, production reliability, and AI enabled operations for enterprise healthcare platforms. This role requires hands on leadership in P1/P2 incident management, observability, and intelligent automation.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 8+ years in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- AI / AIOps Experience:
- Dynatrace Davis AI, Splunk ITSI / ML Toolkit
- ServiceNow AIOps / Predictive Intelligence
- AWS DevOps Guru, PagerDuty AIOps
- AI assisted automation and self healing runbooks
- Key Skills:
- AWS, Terraform, Ansible
- ServiceNow (P1/P2 incidents, RCA)
- OpenSearch, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Splunk
- Authentication & authorization (IAM, RBAC)
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge in:
- Networking & firewall troubleshooting
- Java basics
- GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools
