Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience
We are looking for a Lead BI Developer who can take ownership of BI development initiatives and act as a key technical contributor within the team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server development and SSIS package development, which are the core requirements for this role.
The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and deliver effective data solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role involves close collaboration with clients and internal client partnership teams.
The role requires a proactive individual who can adapt to changing business needs, demonstrate ownership, and continuously learn new technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and other modern BI and data platform tools.
