- Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the entire SAP technical development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust SAP solutions, meeting client expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, especially S/4HANA, and integrate them into our solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to the team.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our SAP offerings.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in leading and managing ABAP development teams.
- Expertise in SAP integration technologies and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP development tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and innovative approach to SAP solution development.
- Experience in mentoring and training junior team members is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
