As the Lead for SAP Planning - Delivery, you will be at the forefront of our SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives. Your primary role is to lead a team in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP IBP solutions, with a special emphasis on Response & Supply Planning. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of SAP IBP across our organization, ensuring efficient and effective planning processes. Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, focusing on Response & Supply Planning.
  • Guide a team of SAP IBP specialists, providing mentorship and support.
  • Ensure the successful adoption of SAP IBP across the organization, driving process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their planning needs and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of SAP IBP strategies.
  • Document and communicate best practices for SAP IBP implementation and usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP IBP.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on SAP IBP.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP, with a strong focus on Response & Supply Planning.
  • Proven track record of leading successful SAP IBP projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and its integration with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving change.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization.
  • A relevant certification in SAP IBP or a related field is preferred.
