As the Lead for SAP-Blue Yonder, you will guide the implementation of ESP solutions, manage a team, engage with clients, and ensure successful deployment and support of SAP-Blue Yonder solutions.
As the Lead for SAP-Blue Yonder, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing the implementation of ESP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in gathering and understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and overseeing the entire implementation process, including configuration, testing, and successful deployment. This role offers an opportunity to lead and mentor a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP-Blue Yonder professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, translating them into effective SAP-Blue Yonder solutions.
- Design and architect end-to-end ESP solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee the configuration and implementation of SAP-Blue Yonder solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and performance of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP-Blue Yonder solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Provide post-implementation support, addressing client queries and ensuring smooth operations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP-Blue Yonder and ESP technologies, incorporating innovative features into our solutions.
- Document and maintain implementation processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistency across projects.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP-Blue Yonder implementation, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP-Blue Yonder ESP solutions and their application across various industries.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills, enabling effective collaboration and requirement gathering.
- Hands-on experience with SAP-Blue Yonder configuration, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, enabling efficient resolution of implementation challenges.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and logistics.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
