Lead Product Software Engineer( Angular, .Net Core, Gitlab, Gerrit, Cosmos DB, Microsoft Azure development, Figma,Jira)

The Lead Product Software Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-performance iFirm Tracking, Taxprep Gemini, CPE link and PTM Devops application. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills and extensive experience in .NET-based development across both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to drive the technical direction of the team, mentor junior developers, and ensure the development of high-quality applications.
Tech stack:
Must Have 
•    Proficient in .NET core, web services/Web API, OOPs
•    Expert in HTML/CSS, Cloud-based development (Azure),      

Front-end development using Angular, cosmosdb and, exposure to at-least one JavaScript framework,
•    Expert in code refactoring, quality improvement, and performance optimisation
•    Very good experience working in an agile environment with an SDLC like Scrum, SaFE, etc.
•    Very Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
•    Good understanding in writing Unit Tests , Use of Mocking Frameworks
•    Experience with C#, .Net Framework, Winforms, OOAD &  Devexpress UI components.
•    Experience  in Git, Jenkins, Jira, Docker, figma, confluence.

Collaboration and Communication:
•    Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders of iFirm Tracking. 
•    Regularly communicate with iFirm Tracking Product Managers, scrum masters regarding the status of development, potential issues, and risk mitigation.
•    Occasionally Collaborate with Stakeholders of PTM Devops application and understand the high level technical challenges of the application and 
discuss with respective Pune team members and try helping them on technical and Architectural issues. 

Code Quality and Testing:
•    Implement a detailed unit tests, integration tests, and other automated testing methodologies to ensure code quality of iFirm Tracking User stories and bugs.
•    Perform code reviews for iFirm Tracking Pune team member to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
•    Debug iFimr tracking technical issue promptly
•    Perform Code reviewes for Taxprep Gemini Pune team members and on Occasional basis for PTM Devops team member
•    Perform code reviews to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
•    Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.

Performance and Optimization:
•    Continuously improve iFirm Tracking code quality through refactoring and innovation.
•    Optimize iFirm tracking performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices for speed and efficiency.
•    Occasionaly and as per need, try to optimize Taxprep perfoamnce and PTM Devops deployment scripts.
