Job responsibilities
- Applies technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to assess program performance, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Strongly considers upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications and advises on mitigation actions.
- Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identifies and mitigates risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
- Champions the adoption of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs within large organizations.
- Extensive experience in financial services technology or a similar industry where technology is central to business operations.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build productive relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with a track record of developing meaningful relationships to achieve shared goals.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones, and building effective partnerships with key business stakeholders and development teams.
- Knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, private and public cloud.

- Experience managing projects with complex regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing infrastructure or data center implementation projects.
