Design and develop applications on ServiceNow platform, implement integrations, maintain reports, collaborate in an Agile environment, ensure coding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules.
- Configure and implement Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub, including JIRA integration.
- Design and implement Flow Designer and Workflow solutions for process automation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and platform governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for Client Scripts and Business Rules.
- Experience with Integration Hub and third-party integrations (e.g., JIRA).
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, UI Policies, and Performance Analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred.
