WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like Terraform, AWS ECS, EC2, ...
Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch, APMs and Log collectors.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features into production environments.
Manage and maintain cloud platform (AWS), including networking, storage, and compute resources.
Enable teams to adopt infrastructure and application security best practices, such as IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across infrastructure, applications, and pipelines.
Guide teams in setting and monitoring Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to improve system reliability.
Promote observability by helping teams instrument their applications and understand production environments.
Lead and facilitate incident postmortems and retrospectives to drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization for infrastructure resources
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in DevOps automation and SRE.
Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, ECS).
Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python for automation tasks.
In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud platforms and associated services.
Experience with CI/CD tools like CircleCI.
Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Experience with Git and version control workflows.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in AWS Security best practices; VPC configurations, security groups, WAF, data encryption.
Knowledge of AWS Aurora DB like Aurora PostgreSQL.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Expertise in guiding teams on CI/CD best practices and promoting operational excellence.
Comprehensive knowledge of diverse AWS architectures.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong skills in technical documentation, including creating detailed architecture diagrams.
A self-motivated, proactive approach with a passion for process improvement and continuous learning.
Previous experience leading or mentoring teams to adopt DevOps practices effectively.
