Job Title: Lead Data Scientist
Note: Maximum 30 days Notice Period
We are looking for:
- Strong experience leading teams that deliver ML & DL models at Scale (3+ years leading teams, preferably in Marketing)
- Exposure to MMM/MTA, Lead Scoring, etc class of models that are used in marketing
- Strong experience working with Reinforcement Learning algorithms (minimum 2 years),including but not limited to Deep Reinforcement Learning, Q-learning, Dynamic Programming, Multi-Armed Bandits/Contextual Bandits, etc
- Strong proficiency with creating scalable and clean codes within Python
- Strong experience in SQL (mandatory)
- Experienced in creating reward systems required for Reinforcement Learning based approaches
- Minimum 5 years of Experience developing ML & DL models
- Strong focus on Project execution, management and quality delivery through Diligently following practices such as Agile
