Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
  • Develop, document, unit test, and maintain high-quality ETL applications that meet customer expectations and adhere to best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline by implementing appropriate data validation and cleansing mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data integration technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data integration processes and methodologies.


Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Data Management.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Lead handling both technical and non-technical activities.
  • 4+ years of experience with Informatica products.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC.
  • Must have implemented at least one full lifecycle IDMC projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica CDI.
  • Must have led large projects involving large teams.
  • Experience integrating external business applications with Informatica IDMC using batch processes, API calls, and message queues.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies (e.g., Kimball, Inmon).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data integration challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies in a fast-paced, iterative environment.


Desired Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of data quality tools and techniques.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
