- 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Data Management.
- 1+ year of experience as a Lead handling both technical and non-technical activities.
- 4+ years of experience with Informatica products.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC.
- Must have implemented at least one full lifecycle IDMC projects.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica CDI.
- Must have led large projects involving large teams.
- Experience integrating external business applications with Informatica IDMC using batch processes, API calls, and message queues.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies (e.g., Kimball, Inmon).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data integration challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
