Job Description:
Help build, manage, and grow Business Intelligence centre of excellence having deep understanding of Business Intelligence landscape, hands-on experience with two of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc., data modelling and engineering. Work closely with different internal stakeholders to drive vision and the team independently.
Responsibilities:
- Help create and a build a business intelligence practice.
- Assess business intelligence landscape, create a roadmap and execute the same.
- Keep a tab on what is new in the market, create POCs, and POVs to be presented to the client.
- Hands on experience with two of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.
- Create solution architecture, proposals, RFPs, and present the same to the client.
- Perform data analysis, build efficient data and semantic models, derive conclusions, recommendations, and business impact role.
- Develop training plans, skill upgrades, best practices, standards, and templates.
- Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability.
Technical Requirements:
- Must have:
- 10+ Years of experience in Business Intelligence space.
- Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.
- Led a team of 10+ people.
- Exposure to Azure/ AWS/ GCP
- Good to have:
- End to end project management on BI development
- Client and stakeholder management
- Presentation skills
- Effective communication
