Job Description:

As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline and optimize operational workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, propose technical strategies, and deliver high-impact solutions using modern frameworks and tools.

• Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Python, FastAPI, and Streamlit.
• Build intuitive front-end interfaces using JavaScript and optionally ReactJS or Mantine.
• Integrate solutions with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user
guides.
• Provide technical consultation and support during solution rollout and postdeployment.
• Follow best practices in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Explore and integrate GenAI or Power Platform tools (e.g., PowerApps) where
applicable.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and automation.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Streamlit, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience in working with operations or business teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development.
