Job Description
Position: Lead Administration
Location: Navi Mumbai (Nerul)
Reporting to: HR Director
Role & responsibilities
- Heading the Administration department.
- Setting up of new offices.
- Managing 13 manufacturing units and PAN India Offices.
- Liasioning with hotels and Marketing Team for various events.
- Events Management and ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Ensuring the Office is kept spick and span and supervising the Housekeeping Service.
- Repairs and Maintenance of Corporate Office Infrastructure
- Controlling Guest House Maintenance, Occupancy, Expense Management.
- Fleet management -Maintenance, Allocation of vehicles and drivers, Insurance Renewals.
- Compliance Management and adherence to compliances.
- Liaison with local government authorities and departments
- Liaisoning with the Purchase Department for Purchases, Identifying vendors and negotiations. Completing the documentation.
- To look after AMC of all office assets.
- Oversee Travel Management
- Monitor lease agreement of all branches offices/factories across India.
- Manage PAN India offices and Contracts of the offices.
- Will involve travelling to different office locations & plants as and when required.
Qualifications
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate with 15 to 20 years of experience in Administration.
