Job Description
We are looking for an experienced International SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will lead the growth of our organic search presence across LATAM and EMEA regions, supporting multiple international markets and languages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, experience managing SEO initiatives across several domains, and a solid understanding of the dynamics of international and regional markets.
This role will be remote, but it will start hybrid during the training and onboarding period.
Core Responsibilities:
Support and execute the International SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website across LATAM and EMEA markets.
Consistently identify opportunities for international SEO growth, optimizing existing content and supporting the creation of new, localized content.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics to identify trends and actionable insights across multiple regions.
Strategize, edit, and optimize high-quality localized content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
Manage and coordinate activities with freelance writers, translators, and localization specialists to support international SEO initiatives.
Closely track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs, clearly communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Conduct regular competitor analyses across international markets to identify gaps and opportunities.
Stay current with algorithm changes and SEO industry developments, particularly as they relate to international and multilingual SEO.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and regional teams to amplify SEO efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Partner with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Assist in the creation and optimization of localized landing pages and other international digital assets.
Basic Requirements
Fluency in English (mandatory)
International language proficiency is highly desirable, particularly in one or more of the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic
3+ years of proven experience developing, executing, and reporting on SEO initiatives across international or multi-regional websites
3+ years of experience with SEO on-site analysis tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Surfer SEO
3+ years of experience strategizing and editing SEO content; experience writing SEO content is a plus
3+ years of experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Experience working with international markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances and regional differences across LATAM and/or EMEA
3+ years of experience working with heatmap tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow
Familiarity with strategies to improve domain authority across multiple regions
Receptive to testing new strategies in an evolving global search landscape
Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
Working knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpot
Demonstrated interest in the latest SEO trends, tools, and industry news
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills
