  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Total experience 4·8 years in Application Operations and Monitoring
    Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu / RedHat / CentOS).
  • Practical experience with HAProxy configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of RabbitMQ administration and message queue concepts.
  • Knowledge of web servers (Nginx/Apache), SSL certificates, networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with shell scripting (bash) or basic Python.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Application Operations & Monitoring:-
  • Perform L1 & L2 application operations within the agreed service window and model.-
  • Ensure day-to-day application operations run smoothly and meet SLA requirements.-
  • Monitor KPIs through dashboards (Grafana), automated alerts, and SOPs.-
  • Conduct onsite transaction monitoring and API/application component monitoring using provided tools.-
  • Perform trend and data analysis for operational improvements on success rate, capacity planning inputs, and product enhancement recommendations.
  • Incident & Change Management:-
  • Handle incident, change, and problem management as per ITIL processes.-
  • Perform root cause analysis for in-scope systems and document findings.-
  • Execute log analysis, troubleshooting, and reconciliation for fixes. Deployment & Maintenance:-
  • Deploy application code, configuration changes, backend updates, and perform data extraction.-
  • Conduct performance analysis, service improvement, and capacity planning to ensure consistent service availability.-
  • Manage system maintenance activities like space management, archival, backup, and performance tuning. Coordination & Compliance:- Coordinate with IT teams, OEMs, vendors, partners, and business SPOCs for service requests and escalations.-
  • Address internal queries and data requirements related to payment transactions.-
  • Ensure compliance with bank security and regulatory guidelines; follow-up and coordinate for audits.
  • Documentation & Process:- Create and maintain operational documentation and adhere to defined processes.-
  • Suggest/recommend backup strategies, coordinate recovery, and assist in data extraction
  • Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of
  • RabbitMQ, HAP Roxy, Aerospike, Riemann, Grafana
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in banking or financial services domain. Knowledge of security compliance and audit processes
