Job Title: L2 - IT Support Analyst
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Business & Team: CTO & End User Experience (EUX)

Impact &contribution: CBA Desktop Support Team will work closely with Broad EUX Team and other GTS tram to drive overall design and implementation of CBA Desktop Infrastructure. This role is responsible for evaluating new technologies and recommending solutions that improve the user experience, stability, mitigate Risk, and increased productivity. A successful candidate will have technical and operational leadership, along with track record of technology progression for EUX.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to CBA colleagues via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Should be able to comprehend and escalate the issue to relevant Infrastructure and Security team for all P1 and P2 tickets, drive triage call with Incident management team for closure of Major Incident.

  • Drive effective communication to all employees, train users and support staff, and develop new SOP to establish the technical knowledge within the team.

  • Configuring and troubleshooting of Printer/scanner and LAN related issues reported by users.

  • Recommend new processes and procedures for hardware and software. Act as senior member for other Desktop Support staff.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance for resolving complex technical operational situations.

Essential skills:

  • 5- 10 years of experience in an end-user computing, Desk support, Site support.

  • Should have good experience in ITSM Service Now tool, Service management automation, Quality improvements, Architecting IT Processes with framework into ITSM, Agile, etc.

  • Should have good experience in Desktop Support, End-user support, & Desk Operations.

  • Should be able to mass deploy Windows OS, iOS, Software remotely to users.

  • Should be well versed with the use of Intune and SCCM, packaging, deploying software, and patches to end-user computers.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills to all types of end-user technology issues, Network, Office 365, Active Directory, Collaboration Technology, and other EUX technology stack.

  • Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision

Education Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
