Role Overview:

What You’ll Do?
- Identify opportunities by researching brokers, banks, and fintechs and spotting gaps early
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Execute high-volume cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn Qualify prospects basedon business needs, budgets, and decision-making authority
- Convert prospects into meetings through strong conversations
- Deliver tailored pitches and schedule product demos
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, sales leaders) for customized solutions
- Create and deliver professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for client meetings, sales pitches, product demos, business proposals, pricing discussions, and client presentations
- Negotiate and close deals with consistent follow-ups Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Track all activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools
- Ensure timely client payments and manage outstanding invoices
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and fintech innovations

Who You Are
- Graduate/PG in Business, Finance, Marketing or Engineering
- Genuinely excited about sales, fintech & B2B SaaS
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach — hustle is your superpower
- Strong communicator in English and Hindi
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
