  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

  • Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdue

  • Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales

  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments

  • Able to use CRM

  • Collaborates with Segment Sales head to develop sales

  • Strategies to improve market share in all product lines

  • Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allotted region of work

Key Success Criteria’s / KPIs:

  • Develop new customers.

  • Increase Hempel share with Key accounts

  • Budget with respect to volume/ value & margin

  • Ensure sufficient pipeline with newly developed customers.

  • Credit Management 

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant discipline.

Experience:

  • Min. 3-4 years in sales and if in similar or allied industry preferred and ideal.
  • Relevant B2B Sales Experience is preferred 

Job-Relates Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent Computer literate

Other Requirements:

Understand and experience in depth of business practice including profit & loss analysis, country related business regulation, tender, sales contract, etc
