Job Description:
Role : Key Account Manager
Job Purpose
The Key Account Manager contributes in reaching the growth objectives for the brand & is responsible for building the joint business plan, defining & tracking the key business metrics to deliver sales with the platform. The KAM is expected to develop relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to plan and execute the complete business operations supporting Key Accounts business. Additionally, the incumbent would also be responsible for all marketing Initiatives collaborating with CMM - Emerging Channel
Job Responsibilities
- Developing the Sales and Marketing plans for Key accounts
- Responsible for delivering Primary & Secondary targets set for the year as per the phasing.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations regarding pricing, promotional funding, trade terms, and contract renewals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Driving JBP (Join Business Plan) drawn up with the platform with the objective of driving share gain & volume growth
- To drive Forecast Accuracy at SKU level for all the service regions for the platform
- Building Product Assortment at customer/store level with an objective of driving premiumization & long tail portfolio
- Develop & execute Marketing Activation Calendar in alignment with the Customer & CMM (Customer Marketing)
- Deliver the planned outcome and ACOS/ ROI attributed sales
- Responsible for driving Perfect Digital Store (online) & Perfect Store (offline) as per the regional guidelines with the platform
- Control and efficiently deploy budget for brand building with the platform
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, and Supply chain) and ensure adherence to define
- Maintain Financial Hygiene with all customers working closely with S&F team viz; CN, Payment & NOC
- Data Analysis & Insights – Share consumer trends & competition strategy to support overall business.

Education & Professional Qualifications
MBA or Equivalent Degree
Knowledge / Experience
Key Accounts, Modern Trade, Ecom with minimum 5yrs of experience
