What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications
- Collaborate with your Scrum Team on feature design and delivery
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer reviews
- Troubleshoot bugs and support integrations with APIs, databases, and caching layers
- Help design and execute test scenarios to ensure reliability and performance
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DBAs
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Explore new tools and technologies to solve evolving engineering challenges
What We’re Looking For
- Experience Level: 0–1 year
- Hands-on coding in Java, Python, or JavaScript plus familiarity with a web framework
- Basic understanding of relational databases and ability to write efficient SQL queries
- Exposure to Git/GitHub or similar version control systems
- Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Curiosity to learn distributed task processing, ETL technologies, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in an Agile, remote-friendly environment
