Job descriptionJob Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Salesforce QA / Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, functional validation, and quality assurance activities on the Salesforce platform. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, basic Salesforce functional knowledge, and hands-on experience in testing and documentation. Business Analyst Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Create user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technical teams. Support UAT coordination and business user communication. Assist in solution validation and functional clarification. QA Responsibilities Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in Salesforce.
