We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Payroll & HR Executive to join our growing team. You’ll help keep our people operations smooth and ensuring everyone gets paid on time, records stay accurate, and our HR processes stay organized as we scale.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, loves problem-solving, and wants to grow in HR within a fast-moving tech company
What you will do:
-Support end-to-end payroll processing.
-Verify timesheets, leave records, and ensure salary accuracy.
-Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and reimbursements.
-Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.
-Maintain up-to-date employee records and digital HR files.
-Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing offer and confirmation letters.
-Support HR operations like attendance, leaves, HRMS updates, employee letters, etc.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration.
-0–2 years of experience in HR or payroll operations (internship experience counts).
-Strong with Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable using HRMS tools
-Basic understanding of Indian payroll and compliance.
-Eye for detail, good with numbers, and discreet with sensitive data.
-Team-player with a mindset which is flexible, positive, and ready to learn fast.
