We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with potential clients, identify opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce WEQ Technologies’ IT services and generate qualified leads.

  • Understand client requirements and provide relevant service information.

  • Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development / Sales team.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and contact details.

  • Follow up on warm leads through email and calls to ensure timely conversion.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns.

  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

  • Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality client interaction at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation (preferably in an IT or Software company).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ability to handle client objections and build long-term relationships.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and email outreach tools.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
