Provide technical support for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, web and email hosting, domains, cloud and VPS hosting, firewalls, and CCTV systems. Deploy, configure, train users, and support office systems and operations. Handle client requests by phone, email, and support tickets, troubleshoot issues efficiently, communicate in English, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Handling Technical Support for all our solutions such as G Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Azure, Web-Email Hosting ( cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ), Domain Name Registrations, ThinkEmailer.com, Cloud & VPS Hosting, Firewall, CCTV handling, etc Deployment, Setup and Training on our Solutions.
- Supporting Office Systems & Operations.
- Hardware & Networking Knowledge will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Web Hosting, DNS Management will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently.
- Ability to respond to customers in English via the Think Support Ticket system.
