Job Title: IT Security Engineer
Reporting Manager Title: Head of Information Security
Location: Mumbai, India
Here’s a summary of the role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our Global IT Team. You’ll design, implement, and manage IT security controls across YouGov’s information assets worldwide, ensuring the highest standards of security. This role will also support the IT Service Desk and contribute to global IT projects.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain existing security solutions (endpoint protection, mobile device management, patch management).
- Monitor and respond to IT security incidents, prioritizing them as necessary.
- Contribute to the implementation and/or replacement of security solutions (Data Loss Prevention, privileged access management, etc.).
- Provide accurate reporting on security solutions, including antivirus and patch management.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT security roles.
- Professional qualification (CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, EntraID, Intune, and Office365.
- Experience with security tools (antivirus, firewall, vulnerability assessment, patch management).
- Ability to handle IT security incidents and contribute to global IT projects.
It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Experience with Office 365, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience with Mac OSX and Linux.
