Job Title: IT Recruiter and HR Ops

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid), Only Mumbai based Candidates will be considered

Job Description:

Protera is looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter and HR Operations professional to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting IT talent while supporting HR operational tasks that enhance our workplace culture. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and be a key player in promoting a positive experience for candidates and employees alike.

As part of the People Operations team, you will help shape the recruitment process and HR initiatives that align with Protera's growth and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, providing feedback and support to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions into the organization.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR operations.
Requirements

Qualification and experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster for sourcing candidates.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance.

Must have skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
