The Project Manager is accountable for an internal customer programme (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or project for an assigned product and / or service scope. Assigns tasks to the project team and manages project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in agreed scope and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. Responsible for the overall project success with respect to internal customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational delivery performance. Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and risk and opportunity management.
Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for IT infrastructure projects related to End User Services, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
- End User Focus: Deep understanding of End User needs and requirements, ensuring projects deliver solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and user satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components relevant to End User Services, including:
- Workstation & Collaboration Services: Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Virtualization, Collaboration tools (Teams, etc.)
Software Asset Management: License management, software deployment, and optimization. - IT End User Experience: Service Desk, On-site support, Print services, and user adoption initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Must-Have:
Preferably Engineering/Business Administration Degree with 16+ years in IT and 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on End User Services.
IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must
Proven track record of successfully delivering IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
Experience in managing large and complex IT infrastructure projects
Proficient in Project Management Tools & Processes and Should have sound financial management experience
Excellent understanding of ITIL framework and best practices and Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and with Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and other relevant technologies.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven experience in stakeholder management & conflict resolution
PMP certification
Experience with Nokia's IT infrastructure and systems.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS).
