JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect and evaluate business requirements from stakeholders, including Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Representatives.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Solution Implementation: Assist in the implementation and testing of solutions.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between current and desired states and develop strategies to address them.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Creating Functional Specifications: Document functional and non-functional requirements in detail.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements.
  • Business Process Modeling: Create models to visualize and improve business processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize tools and software to support business analysis activities.
  • Collaborative Requirement Detailing: Work with Solution Architects, and Business Representatives to detail requirements.
  • Impact Analysis: Analyze the business and system impact of requirements.
  • Prioritization Support: Help Stakeholders to prioritize user stories based on business needs.
  • User Story Breakdown: Break down requirements into unit-level user stories for developers and update Azure DevOps (ADO) as required.
  • Design Support: Support Application Architects in developing detailed designs and ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
  • QA Testing Assistance: Assist in QA testing to ensure deployments meet business requirements.
  • Meeting Participation: Participate in project-related meetings, cross-pillar discussions, and release management.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
