We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director to support team with BAU analysis and reporting to IAD senior management and strategic department and Firm initiatives pertaining to Issues Analytics.

In the Audit division, we provide senior management an objective and independent assessment of the Firm's internal control environment for risk management and governance. This is a Director level position within the Internal Operations & Quality control job family which is responsible for efficient and effective functioning of the department, supporting the ultimate delivery of high quality assurance services.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Execute recurring deliverables (monthly, quarterly) including issue analysis, thematic control review and identification, facilitation of cross functional QA reviews;

  • Support issue data aggregation, analysis, and reporting for senior management insights;

  • Act as implementer for key processes, including thematic tagging review and trend analysis of issues across functional groups;

  • Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives and broader automation efforts; and

  • Support ad hoc data requests and stakeholder deliverables across IAD and external stakeholders

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Knowledge of industry, global markets, and regulatory

  • Strong understanding of audit principles, methodology, tools, and processes (e.g., risk assessments, planning, testing, reporting and continuous monitoring)

  • Effective change and project management techniques and ability to support teams in adapting new ways of working

  • Ability to leverage and analyze data using tools and technology like Gen AI, Alteryx, Power BI to inform focus and views on risk

  • Ability to execute multiple deliverables and manage stakeholders in line with shifting priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and objectively to senior stakeholders

  • At least 5 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
