Investment Specialist Associate - Equities

As an Investment Specialist within our International Equities Group, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities:

• Update, maintain, and improve client materials, including pitch books and review material.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders, focusing initially on data-led queries.
• Complete updates to consultant databases, working closely with the dedicated team.
• Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and due diligence questionnaires, focusing initially on data-led components.
• Attend portfolio management meetings and take notes for the Investment Specialist team, supporting the development of written skills and deepening knowledge for future client work.
• Liaise with JPMAM client service and reporting teams, and the technology team to streamline, automate, and verify client data and reporting (standard, customized, ad hoc).
• Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant environmental, competitive, and marketing information.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Atleast 4 years of experience with financial product analysis, marketing, or client services.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in English.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and skilled in PowerPoint.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge not required).
• Ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities and ad-hoc requests in a moderate to fast-paced environment; ability to learn and execute new tasks quickly and in real-time.

• Strong educational credentials.
