About the Department:

  • This function delivers performance, risk, and attribution insights that guide investment decisions and strengthen client trust. The team partners closely with portfolio managers, investment teams, and stakeholders to explain results, manage risk, and improve data quality. You will work in a collaborative, analytical environment with high exposure to senior decision-makers and opportunities to deepen investment and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed portfolio performance measurement and attribution analysis across asset classes (equities, fixed income, multi-asset)

  • Develop, research and deliver fund level analytics to various business channels across the firm

  • Partner closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to explain performance drivers and risk positioning

  • Analyze and report on fund level characteristics, security level holdings, firm level assets and more

  • Creating and updating automatic templates used to deliver accurate and timely data

  • Produce and review regular risk and performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients

  • Investigate and resolve performance discrepancies, data issues, and outliers

  • Ensure alignment with internal policies and external standards

  • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within risk and performance workflows

  • Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory developments, and emerging risk methodologies

  • Ability to work independently while identifying problems and implementing solutions

  • Mentor junior analysts and review their work for accuracy and quality

  • Responsible for leading complex analytical projects as while as high demand accounts

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in investment risk, performance analytics, or a related function within asset management

  • Strong knowledge of performance attribution methodologies (Brinson, factor-based) and risk metrics (tracking error, correlation, beta, duration, etc.)

  • Experience working with multiple asset classes and complex financial instruments

  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and other Microsoft databases

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
