Support the Acquisitions Manager in managing daily operations of international acquisitions, communication with global partners, and documentation management.
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Acquisitions & Operations Executive to support the Acquisitions Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of international acquisitions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between global clients, internal teams, and multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Acquisitions Manager in the daily management and operational execution of all international acquisition projects.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication between JioStar and global partners such as ICC, Cricket Australia, Cricket South Africa, Premier League, Wimbledon, US Open, One Championship, NFL, MLB, CPL, LPL, WCL, T10, and others.
- Work closely with internal teams — including Content, Marketing, Legal, Tax, and Finance — to ensure seamless collaboration and timely execution of deliverables.
- Assist in managing all contracts, receivables, and documentation related to acquisitions.
- Track and report key operational metrics, helping identify bottlenecks and ensuring process optimization.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented individual capable of thriving in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prior experience in sports management, media rights, or operations will be an added advantage.
