JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist in developing mobile application features using Flutter/Dart under guidance of senior engineers.

• Implement UI components based on provided designs and specifications.

• Debug, test, and maintain existing mobile app code to improve quality and performance.

• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following team standards.

• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to learn development best practices.

• Support QA activities by fixing bugs and helping with test validation.

• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver features.

• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including lead the:

  • Sprint Planning – understanding tasks and committing to sprint goals.
  • Daily Stand-ups – sharing progress and raising blockers.
  • Sprint Reviews & Demos – presenting completed work to stakeholders.
  • Sprint Retrospectives – reflecting on improvements for team workflow and quality.
  • Follow established development workflows including Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

• Basic knowledge of mobile development concepts, with hands-on experience or coursework in Flutter/Dart being a strong advantage.

• Understanding of programming fundamentals, including OOP principles, data structures, and basic algorithms.

• Familiarity with UI development and implementing designs into responsive mobile interfaces.

• Basic knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

• Willingness to learn development tools and processes such as CI/CD, code review practices, and issue tracking systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to debug and improve code quality.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open to receiving feedback for continuous learning and improvement.
