This project supports the Enclosure Attach (EA) automation rollout at MMP by strengthening enablement readiness, improving EA utilization visibility, and reducing execution risk. Scope
- Track EA line utilization performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor EA operator and technician training and certification readiness
- Consolidate enablement data into structured trackers and dashboards (e.g., Excel)
- Improve execution visibility by tracking gaps, actions, and follow-ups across EA lines
- Support preparation of periodic summaries for operations and management reviews

- Develop an integrated EA enablement dashboard combining utilization, training readiness, and execution status
- Identify systemic gaps and recommend process improvements to strengthen EA automation rollout readiness
Requirement
- Background in EHS Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering & Science, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in manufacturing operations, automation enablement, and data tracking
- Basic proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to consolidate information clearly
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
