We are seeking a highly skilled, results-oriented digital experience manager, to help manage and optimize our firm’s external-facing digital platforms, with a core focus on the performance and impact of our commercial website. This mid-level role plays a critical part in shaping the user journey, improving lead engagement, SEO and aligning digital experience with our firm’s strategic priorities. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will collaborate closely with business unit marketers, IT, and offshore team to deliver measurable improvements in digital performance.
Responsibilities
Digital Experience:
Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing director and the website development team to develop, execute, and deliver large-scale digital transformation projects, supported by web and commercial operations teams.
Own SEO/Paid social for marketing. Recommend, set up and manage analytics of high-impact paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
Define and execute the organic search strategy across the website owning technical and non-technical SEO audits, content optimization, URL structure and meta frameworks to improve ranking for priority commercial keywords.
Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to ensure the firm’s expertise surfaces accurately in AI-generated searches.
Align marketing, business, and technology goals through effective cross-border team collaboration.
Utilize performance-driven strategies, conversion optimization, and full-funnel marketing to deliver measurable business results.
Execute the firm’s multi-phase digital experience strategy for the commercial website and related digital channels.
Translate strategic goals into user-centered digital experiences that support lead generation, brand awareness, and content visibility.
Own the end-to-end UX execution, from page layout and wireframing to testing and post-launch optimization.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Collaborate with Business Unit Marketers and Integrated Marketing Director to build and optimize paid search and social campaigns. Manage audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategies and budget allocation to hit pipeline and engagement targets.
Own end-to-end management of Google Search campaigns including keyword search, group architecture, optimization and bid management across all active markets.
Web Performance & Optimization
Monitor site performance and recommend changes based on traffic behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion performance.
Manage content layout, site taxonomy, and SEO best practices to improve discoverability and user flow.
Partner with marketing automation and CRM teams to support funnel activity and campaign tracking.
Team & Project Management
Work cross-functionally with content, IT, compliance, and marketing operations teams to execute digital projects.
Coordinate agency and vendor resources when necessary.
Platform & Technology Support
Maintain and enhance the website CMS (Sitecore XM Coud), including updates, plug-ins, and workflows.
Support integrations between the website, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing tools.
Ensure digital compliance with WCAG, GDPR, and security requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in digital marketing or web management
Expertise in Digital Marketing, SEO, Marketing Technologies & Automation.
Strong skills in Paid Media & Performance Marketing (Demandbase, Google Analytics, BrightEdge), Web & Marketing Operations, Data & Performance Metrics.
Experience in a professional services, consulting, or financial services firm is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in web analytics, UX/UI best practices, CMS tools, and digital project management.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
