Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technological strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and value delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote understanding and effective solution delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying APIs to enable seamless communication between diverse systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise service bus concepts and message transformation techniques.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
